How does the custom fitting process work?

We begin with a personal consultation to understand your style and occasion, followed by detailed measurements. We share fabric and design options, then craft your piece with one or two fittings to ensure perfect comfort and fit before final delivery.

How much time is needed for a custom outfit?

Everyday and workwear pieces typically take 2–3 weeks. Festive and designer pieces require 3–4 weeks. Bridal trousseau planning is recommended 2–3 months in advance to allow ample time for fabric sourcing, design refinement, and multiple fittings.

Do you take appointments outside Panchkula?

Our atelier is in Sector 7, Panchkula, and we work strictly by appointment. For clients outside the city, we offer virtual consultations and can arrange courier-based fittings for select bespoke services—please reach out via WhatsApp to discuss.

Can you work with my own fabric or design idea?

Absolutely. Bring us your fabric, your inspiration board, or just an idea—and we'll bring it to life. We also offer expert guidance on choosing fabrics and silhouettes that flatter your body and suit the occasion.

Yes. We believe a beautiful trousseau shouldn't break the bank. We help you plan thoughtfully—prioritising versatile pieces, choosing fabrics smartly, and avoiding waste—so every outfit gets worn and loved long after the wedding.

What are your working hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM, strictly by appointment. This ensures every client receives our undivided attention. Sundays are reserved for special bridal consultations on request.
